Modern Aga Khan Museum Wedding & Doctors House Reception

Weddings

Couples like these two are so good for the heart. When two people are as smitten as these two were on their wedding day, their energy becomes infectious and everyone around them feels playful and happy too. Emily & Mark’s Aga Khan Museum wedding and Doctors House Reception was exactly them in the best way possible – the ultimate unforgettable day. They were all smiles from the first moment I saw them each on their wedding day, and you could feel that sweet, heartful warmth filled each room and every single moment of their incredible day.

What makes for a great wedding? The food? The music? The decor? Well yes, that is certainly a part of it. But what really makes an unforgettable wedding is the people, the memories with family and friends, and the love that just envelopes the whole day. Emily and Mark’s sun-soaked summer Aga Khan Museum Wedding and Doctors House Reception had all of those things, and so much more.

From the moment we arrived, I was struck by the elegance of the Aga Khan Museum. The museum’s stunning architecture features white granite walls, beautiful gardens, and a reflecting pool that provides the perfect backdrop. The natural light on their day was simply perfection and every moment felt natural and whimsical. I loved when Mark and his groomsmen asked for a jumping photograph – I immediately said yes (I love when there are fun spontaneous ideas!), and somehow they jumped so perfectly on the first try. Certainly, this couldn’t have been their first time jumping in sync!

The Doctor’s House reception was a continuation of this celebration of love and joy, with the bride and groom surrounded by their family and friends. Throughout the night, there were heartfelt speeches and toasts, lots of laughter and dancing, fun games and plenty of love in the air. The bride and groom looked radiant as they took to the dance floor, surrounded by their loved ones, and it was clear that this was a wedding that no one would forget.
