Couples like these two are so good for the heart. When two people know exactly why they are getting married, it makes the whole day pretty darn fabulous. Emily & Mark were all smiles from the first moment I saw them each on their wedding day, and you could feel that sweet, heartful warmth filled each room and every single moment of their incredible day.
What makes for a great wedding? The food? The music? The decor? Well yes, that is certainly a part of it. But what really makes an unforgettable wedding is the people and the love that surrounds the day. Emily and Mark’s sun-soaked summer Aga Khan and Doctors House wedding had all of those things, and so much more.
There were many times throughout the day and the editing process when I had to fight back tears, reliving all the wonderful emotions that came from, and surrounded, the couple on their wedding day. And that’s the magic of what I get to do and how lucky I feel to have such sweet, thoughtful, heart-filled couples. Emily and Mark and their family and friends welcomed Braden and I into their circle, and gave us a glimpse into the amount of love that they have for each other.
It was so, so lovely to witness.
