Golden hour brought such beautiful tone for their Dundurn Castle engagement photos in Hamilton, and Fahren and Mack brought the heart. Their playfully smitten, sweet energy filled my hopeless romantic heart. What I noticed right away was how present they were with each other. The way he looked at her had this steady kindness to it, and she answered with a small, bright smile that lifted everything around them. The rest of the scene slipped away, and it was simply the two of them.
They moved from the front steps to the veranda and out to the open lawn. The architecture did the guiding and the warm light tied it together. They stayed close, kissed sweetly, then broke into a playful run before easing into a tender embrace. The whole night felt effortless.
With softer light, the castle faded to a calm backdrop and their connection moved forward. They held each other a little tighter, smiled without hurry, and giggled under the amber summer sun. It felt graceful and serene, a gentle close to a beautiful evening.
