The Gladstone House wedding venue in Toronto has been hosting weddings for over 130 years. On a beautiful cloudless summer day, Genevieve and Derya tied the knot in a ceremony that was filled with so much beautiful laughter and emotion. From the elegant decor to the heartfelt speeches, their wedding day at the Gladstone House was a celebration of love and joy.
I loved the start to their day together, with their deeply emotional first look. Both of them burst into tears in the most heart-bursting kinda way. I just melted! Then with them both giddy with love, we went on a little stroll along Queen Street for some laughter-filled, sweetly tender, and wildly romantic couples portraits at any beautiful nook we could find.
As guests arrived at the hotel, they were greeted by the stunning Victorian architecture and vintage charm of the building. The Gladstone is known for its unique design and artistic flair, and the wedding ceremony was held in the Ballroom, a spacious and elegant space with ornate details and soaring ceilings. The room was beautifully decorated with soft, romantic colors and floral arrangements that added to the ambiance of the ceremony.
As Genevieve walked down the aisle, Derya couldn’t contain his emotion and tears filled his eyes. The couple exchanged heartfelt vows, and as they exchanged rings, their love for each other was palpable – the whole room was emotional with them and you could really feel that they were surrounded by a whole room that was filled with so much love.
Throughout the night, there were speeches, toasts, and lots of dancing. The atmosphere was electric, and everyone was caught up in the joy and celebration of the moment. At the end of the night, as the newlyweds made their exit, they were showered with cheers, hugs, and well wishes for a long and happy life together.
For Genevieve and Derya, their Gladstone House wedding day was everything they had dreamed of and more. It was a day filled with love, joy, and cherished memories that they would carry with them for the rest of their lives.
